Municipal Lobbying

The Lobbyist Registration and Regulation Ordinance aims:

• to promote good governance and ensure transparency in government by requiring registration and disclosure of lobbying activities;
• to create fairness and consistency by applying the sames rules to all persons engaged in lobbying activities; and
• to reinforce the community's trust in the integrity of its government by guaranteeing convenient timely access to information about attempts to influence the government's decisions.

LOBBYIST REPORT STATEMENTS

The City Clerk maintains the public records regarding Lobbyist/Entity/Client registrations and all report statements as required by the city ordinance.

• In the pre-2022 data, each report can be viewed by clicking on the attachment that is in blue to the right of the registration number and name of individual.
• In the 2022-to-present data, the report information is all available in the CSV file; the information is no longer being uploaded into a separate report.
• You may also utilize the Search Box to the right of the database to further define your search either by registration number or by name to view the reports you are specifically looking for in the database.
