Mayor's 24 Hour Hotline

Before the launch of the Boston 311 platform in 2015, City constituents could request non-emergency City services through the Mayor's 24 hotline by phone, web, or other channels. This a legacy dataset which contains records of such requests between the periods of November 2012 and February 2013.
